Is there a free trial?
Yes! All plans include a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required.
How does the per-member pricing work?
You're only charged for active members each month. An active member is someone with a current, valid membership during that billing period. If a membership expires or is cancelled, they're not counted.
What's included in the transaction fee?
The 1.5% transaction fee applies to membership renewals and event payments processed through Paddock Control. This is in addition to standard payment provider fees (Stripe/PayPal). If you process event payments externally, you'll pay £1.50 per event entry instead.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately and we'll prorate any charges.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards via Stripe, as well as direct debit for annual subscriptions. Enterprise customers can also arrange invoice billing.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees ever. We'll help you import your existing member data and get you up and running at no extra cost.
Do prices include VAT?
No, all prices listed exclude VAT. VAT will be added at the applicable rate for your location during checkout.
Can you build custom features for our club?
Yes! We offer bespoke development services at £60 per hour. This covers custom integrations, unique features, or modifications specific to your club's needs. Contact us to discuss your requirements.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export all your data at any time in CSV format. If you cancel, we'll keep your data for 30 days in case you change your mind, then permanently delete it.
